Flow of Events

PRECONDITIONS:
     1. Barangay office is open.
MAIN SUCCESS SCENARIO:
     1. Citizen goes to the transaction window.
     2. Citizen gives the requirements to the Asst. Secretary.
     3. Asst. Secretary verifies the requirements.
     4. Asst. Secretary gives form to the Citizen to be filled up.
     5. Citizen fills up the form and returns it to the Asst. Secretary.
     6. Asst. Secretary checks if data is complete.
     7. Asst. Secretary processes the barangay clearance.
     8. Asst. Secretary gives barangay clearance to the Citizen.
     9. Citizen receives barangay clearance.
     10. Use case ends successfully.
ALTERNATIVE SEQUENCE:
     A2a. Citizen is a member of the barangay and a registered voter.
          1. Citizen gives 1pc. 2x2 ID picture to the Asst. Secretary.
          2. Use case proceeds to Step 3.
     A2b. Citizen is a member of the barangay but not a registered voter.
          1. Citizen gives 1pc. 2x2 ID picture and Php100 to the Asst. Secretary.
          2. Use case proceeds to Step 3.
